As soon as you accept our quote, you will receive an invoice with a due amount to be paid. This amount is 30% of the total due amount of the quote.
Once the deposit is paid, we can fully get to work with your designs.
The deposit seals our agreement, and it is used to design and create the envelopes or other products that need preparing.
For customers in Cyprus the full payment should be made upon delivery of the invitations, while for overseas customers the full payment should be made before the delivery is due.

The prices are VAT inclusive.
The deposit is nonrefundable.

The designing price includes up to 4 changes of the initial design agreed in person or through email correspondence.
Changing the design more than 4 times incurs the additional cost of €20.00 per change.
If you wish to have a monogram designed, you will receive 2 designs based on what was agreed in person or through email correspondence.
There is an additional cost of €30.00 for every extra monogram design draft.
The invitation design is our company’s intellectual property and using it for any reason whatsoever without our permission is forbidden.
If and only when we cannot by any means help with your printing request, will we forward you the design. There must be no interference with the design we send you without our permission.
We bear no responsibility for typographical errors.
The final design is sent to the customer for approval before proceeding to the printing stage.

Other products
Wax for the wax seals is available on your timely request.
We should point out that wax seals are handmade products, so their size and shape might differ. Also, please note that their colour might be slightly different from the sample colour.
If you wish to include our own handmade ribbon, you will need to make a timely order. Please note that two pieces of ribbon can never have the same width.
To make the wax stickers and the handmade ribbon we need 5-15 working days from the day of the order.

Handmade paper
For the use of handmade, cotton paper please be aware that no two pieces of this paper can ever be the same. There will always be small differences in size and colour.

In case you need additional invitations, please note that we cannot guarantee that the second printing will be exactly the same as the first, especially if the printing method is digital printing. Please be aware that the price for additional invitations will be different from the price in the initial quote.
It is advisable to add at least 30-50 more invitations to your order, depending on the number of wedding guests.
For the final printed draft (draft before the final printing) there can be no guarantee that the colours will be exactly the same as in the final printing.
For letterpress, foil press, and handmade paper, the sample can only come in digital printing and regular 300 g cardstock.

For shipping to Cyprus and Greece we use the ACS courier services, which takes 2-3 working days at a fixed price (€15.00). For other EU and non-EU countries, we use the Cyprus Post services for shipping within 8-15 working days at a fixed price (€35.00). As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number of your parcel through email.
Customers are obliged to pay the relevant taxes of their country of residence. Our company is not liable for any postage delays, caused by events such as, for example, strikes.

Return policy
If our company is at fault for errors, the customer is by no means obliged to cover the shipping costs (to and from). If our company is not at fault, the customer needs to cover the shipping costs (to and from). This is applicable for customers who reside in Cyprus.
Returns of invitations and other products for customers in Cyprus will be accepted within 2 days from delivery. Returns for overseas customers will be accepted within 3-5 days from delivery.

Accepting the quote
The quote can only be accepted in writing, by email (never orally or through the phone).

From the day the customer agrees for the final draft to proceed to the printing stage, the completion of the order and subsequent delivery typically takes 10-20 working days. Urgent deliveries come at the additional cost of €150.00. Please note that parcels are not sent out on weekends or bank holidays.
Our company is not responsible for delays (including delivery) caused by situations for which we are not liable or acts of force majeure, and we will be rightfully granted an extension to finish the order.
Some indicative examples include strikes, supply/transport/production issues, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.
